In 1810, Madame Clicquot broke new ground by creating the first vintage known in Champagne, a cuvee made up of grapes from a single harvest that was considered exceptionally good. The tradition lives on today, in the form of Veuve Clicquot Vintage. The year 2004 marks the 64th vintage made by the House.
